These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bg Remover, a free, browser-based AI background removal tool (the "Service"). By uploading an image or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bg Remover lets you remove backgrounds from images and use additional editing tools such as background swapping, upscaling, retouching, and color correction. The Service is provided free of charge, with no account, subscription, or payment required.
2. Your Images
Image processing runs primarily in your own browser. You retain full ownership of any image you upload and of the results you generate. We do not claim any rights to your content, and you're free to use your exported images for personal or commercial purposes.
- You must only upload images you own or have the legal right to edit.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of processed images complies with applicable law.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what's permitted by law, or use it to process content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While we aim for high-quality results, automated background removal and image editing are not perfect, and results may vary depending on your image.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bg Remover and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
